I’m a mom to an adorable baby girl, wife to an incredible man and daughter to generous and sacrificing parents. I was born and raised in Pakistan and worked in human resources for 5 years before moving to the US and continued my work until covid hit and I lost my job.

 

As you can tell, I've had my fair share of life transitions, from changing career paths to moving across continents and most significantly, becoming a mother. It was during these life altering experiences that I realized how crucial it was to be able to make the decisions that were true to me. I did not have the awareness to work through my thoughts while honoring my Truth. Through coaching I understood my personal values, what they mean to me and how pivotal they are in my everyday life.
